Online Class Recordings

All Wednesday classes are recorded and made available to access on demand. To use the recordings, you must have attended at least one class and completed our Health Questionnaire. Please contact us below for more details. If you have been to class in the week, you can have a free recording and if you are new to our classes then the recording is £6.50. 50p online booking fee applies.
