Members Only - Class Recordings

This option is for members who have attended the classes. All Wednesday classes are recorded and made available for all to use. The only condition is that you have attended one or more classes and have completed the Health Questionnaire - book online and we'll send you the details. If you have attended one of my classes this week and would like to receive the recording, please use this option and I will email you the link. See out Class Booking Policy for more details.
